How do I cancel the Android subscription?
Open “Manage subscription” in the Android app to reach Paddle’s customer portal and turn off renewal. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support or write to us with your transaction reference. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Details are in the Subscription, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Who charges my card?
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for Android purchases: it collects payment, calculates tax and issues receipts. We never receive your card details.
